Technological advancements have revolutionized contract formation, particularly in electronic transactions, which are fundamental to our digital economy. As these methods evolve, it is crucial to examine their associated risks and impacts. This research specifically addresses the uncertainties present in electronic sales, focusing on shopping transactions on commercial platforms where the potential for fraud poses significant financial risks. The study aims to integrate principles from the prophetic tradition (Sunnah) into contemporary financial transactions, including e-commerce, to promote justice and transparency. By employing both inductive and analytical methods, this research seeks to develop clear principles that can guide digital financial transactions and ensure ethical practices. Key findings underscore the importance of improving information network security to safeguard against potential breaches, which can lead to financial loss. Additionally, consumer feedback reveals a high level of satisfaction with electronic sales, attributed to clear guarantees and policies that enhance trust and safety in the shopping experience. By enhancing user evaluations and experiences, businesses can foster greater consumer confidence and encourage informed purchasing decisions. To mitigate the risks associated with uncertainties, especially in contracts involving parties who are not physically present, greater consumer awareness and education are essential. By understanding these risks, consumers can make better-informed decisions, leading to a more secure and trustworthy e-commerce environment.
