القيادة في القران والسنة: أركانها ودعائمها (Leadership in the Quran and Sunnah: Its Principles and Pillars)

Abstract

This study is an attempt by researchers to find out the concept of leadership in Islam, and its different types and pillars. The study found that there are three types of leadership, starting from the supreme leadership, which is the head of the state follow by ministers, governors and parents at home. There is no least responsibility in these three types of responsibility though the head of the state carry the heaviest load, the three type of responsibility are interrelated, the supreme leadership is a divine gift only to a few people and not all are capable of assuming it. The head of the state should have a degree of knowledge and enjoy physical health.

الملخص

هذه الدراسة محاولة من الباحثين معرÙØ© القيادة ÙÙŠ الإسلام أنواعها ودعائمها، وقد توصَّلت الدراسة إلى أنَّ أنواع القيادة ثلاث أنواع، بدءاً بالقيادة العÙظمى أو رئاسة الدولة وما دونها من القيادات كالوزراء والمدراء والقيادة ÙÙŠ البيت والأسرة، Ùأعلاها وأثقلها Ø­Ùملاً قيادة الدولة والشَّعب، وليس Ùيها أقل أو أخ٠Ùالأنواع الثلاث مترابطة بعضها ببعض، والقيادة من النوع الأول موهبة إلهية لا تصلح لجميع Ø£Ùراد بل القلائل منهم، والقائد ينبغي أن يكون على درجة من العلم ومتمتّÙعا بالصحة البدنية.
